Cancellation Policy:
By making a reservation for a private tour or a group reservation on a shared tours with Free Walking Tours Funchal, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy.
For your safety, Free Walking Tours Funchal may change, postpone or cancel your activity at a short notice due to adverse weather conditions, health problems, family emergency or minimum number of participants not being met.
Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation is done 24 hours before the activity takes place.
No Shows and cancellations on the day of the activity are not refundable.
Customers will receive the full refund if the activity is canceled by the Free Walking Tours Funchal due to the following circumstances:
3.2. Adverse weather conditions;
3.3. The minimum safety conditions are not gathered;
3.4. Prohibition by local authorities;
3.5. The guide is unable to work due to an emergency or health condition;
3.6. Situations beyond our control, such as wars, conflicts, pandemics, natural catastrophes, etc.
